What Is Aate ka Halwa..?
A delicious 4 ingredients Indian Dessert, Aate Ka Halwa or Kada Prasad is very easy to make and is quite delicious. Loaded with ghee and dry fruits, Atta Halwa or Wheat Halwa is definitely indulgent.
This Gurudwara Karah Prashad is easy to make at home and with some simple tricks, you can make a delicious one using a few pantry staples. It is usually served for breakfast or before bedtime to keep the body warm. You can also serve it as dessert after meals.
Aate Ka Halwa or Wheat Halwa is a popular Indian sweet that is made using whole wheat flour, ghee, and sugar. Also, know as Kada Prasad, it is also served at the Gurudwaras.
2 cup Water
1 cup Jaggery
2 big spoon Ghee
1 cup Wheat flour
Almonds and Cashew
In a saucepan take water and add jaggery and melt it properly.
In a pan take ghee and add wheat flour and mix well. Keep stirring it on low flame. See that No lumps are formed.
After 10 minutes colour starts changing to dark golden brown.
Now after color changing add jaggery water little by little and mix simultaneously.
Now when it starts to leave the pan turn off the flame and mix.
Then add almonds and cashew in it.
Tasty Aate ka Halwa is ready to serve.
