Apple Milkshake (Apple Smoothie)
What Is Apple Smoothie..?
During fasting, we always have fruit or fruit based drinks, juices or milkshakes in our diet. Since most of the fasting food is carb loaded, it gets essential to balance the diet and include food with proteins and vitamins-minerals.
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Apple (Chopped)
2 tbsp Sugar
4-5 Drops of Vanilla Essence
In a mixer add chopped apple pieces, sugar, milk and vanilla essence and grind smooth.
