What is Green Chilli Pickle..?
A spicy and tangy condiment prepared from green chillies or hari mirch with oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. basically it is served as relish for additional flavour and taste as a side dish for lunch and dinner.
This instant pickle recipe is mainly prepared from fresh and tender green chillies which mixed with dry spice powders. it is a popular pickle recipe which is widely appreciated across all indian states. in this post lets learn a simple and easy hari mirch ka achar recipe.

3 tbsp Mustard oil
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
2 tbsp Fennel seeds powder
1.5 tbsp Yellow mustard
1 cup chopped Green Chillies
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tbsp dry Mango powder
Salt to taste (/2 tbsp)
In a pan take mustard oil and heat it properly. After heating cool the oil and bring it to the room temperature.
Now in the same pan add cooled oil, pinch of asafoetida, fennel seeds powder, yellow mustard and saute for a while
Now add chopped green chillies and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt and combine well. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
