Tasty Potato Wedges (Especially during Lockdown)

KFC Potato Wedges Lightly Battered In A Thin KFC Chicken Flavored Seasoning And Double Fried Until Super Crispy On The Outside And Fluffy On The Inside.
2 sliced Potatoes
1 tbsp Salt to Boiling
2 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
2 tbsp Chilli flakes
2 tbsp Oregano
Salt to taste (1 tbsp)
1/4 tbsp Garlic paste
Water for mixing
1 tbsp Butter
Oil for frying
Chaat masala for garnishing
firstly, in peel the skin of potato, use same sized potato preferably less starchy.
chop them to thick wedges cutting each potato to 8 wedges.
further, boil the potato wedges for 3 minutes adding little salt in the water.
drain the water and keep potatoes aside. cool completely.
further, add 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp Chilli flakes, 2 tbsp Oregano and mix well to make thick slurry.
dip potatoes in slurry making sure the potatoes are coated properly.
deep fry the potatoes into hot oil.
stir occasionally, till the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp.
sprinkle wedges chaat masala and chilli powder before serving.
finally, enjoy spicy and crispy potato wedges with tomato sauce.
